Damages

Although it is not expected for any damage to occur during transit, please remember that a consignment must not be signed for if there is any evidence of damage. It is your responsibility to check the contents of your package and notify the driver that you wish to decline delivery. Please report any damage to us within 48 hours so that we can arrange for replacements to be sent. We will not be liable for the replacement of any broken pieces if they have been signed for in “Good Condition”.

Minor transit damage that may occur during carriage is not sufficient ground for replacement of a full length. This may include chipping on end sections of up to 2cm and which can be rectified by trimming the length and/or using for one of the mitred corner sections. Similarly, minor compression marks along an edge length can be very easily repaired with a small application of filler during the installation ‘making good’ stage.
